The Albany Area Chamber's 68th annual STAR Student Luncheon celebrates Dougherty County's best and brightest high school seniors, along with the educators who have been most influential in their academic careers.
The February 13 event is a function of the Chamber's Talent Catalyst division, in its mission to impact and strengthen the education-to-workforce pipeline and cultivate the community's next generation of leaders.
