I am a Pharmacist who is obsessed with helping people become the healthiest version of themselves. I have a doctorate in pharmacy and 15 years of experience working as a pharmacist in the acute care setting. My passion for finding the root cause of an issue and not just treating a symptom led me to become certified in functional medicine through IFM (Institute for Functional Medicine). I am an ACE certified group fitness instructor with 9 years of experience coaching and designing workout programs for all ages with specialties in nutrition weight management, senior fitness, and youth fitness. The power of food, movement, and the body's ability to heal itself when supported appropriately is still one of the most underutilized medical interventions that we have, my mission is to change that!
